Baby Jade was born at 36 weeks on the Saturday the 20th June 2009 at 12:38pm weighing 2.6kg's.

She had no problems at all and myself and baby were sent home on Monday the 22nd!

We are both doing very well!, She's a little angel...Such a good baby...She never cries unless she's hungry or needs to be changed, Im loving every minute with her and not looking forward to going back to work when my 4 months maternity leave is up, Daddy's been very good with her too, She loves to sleep on his chest and he actually wakes her up just so he can play with her lol..She's our little princess :)

In labour!

Well Im now officially in labour at 36 weeks!, Same time my son was born...
Started last night and when I went to the hospital this morning I was 2cm's dilated so they sent me home, Now I wait for the contractions to get stronger or for my waters to break before I go back!..waiting patiently..

Frustrated!

Well Im having such hassles with the Dept of Labour, Dont think there's anyone working there that knows what the hell they doing!

Sent our driver in to hand in my forms on my behalf, Apparently they wont accept the forms until the 1st July 2009 as thats when my maternity leave starts officially but yet on the website it states that you need to apply for maternity benefits 8 weeks before your baby is born.

Phoned them and the lady I spoke to said that its absolute crap and they should have accepted my forms now, She gave me the phone number for the supervisor and guess what!?!, No-one answers the phone...It just rings and rings and rings...Now im just really irritated.

Okay the time just feels like its really dragging!

My son was born at 36 weeks and I am now 36 weeks!

Hopefully baby just stays in there a while longer..but not too long!!

Im so tired and really cant wait to go on maternity leave which is only the end of the month, I know its around the corner but feels like it still so far away, I cant concentrate on my work and seemed to have really lost interest, I suppose thats normal now cos all thats on your mind is having your baby!

Im not sure whether its because its my third time around but I dont remember feeling this way with my other 2 children, I had so much energy and felt absolutely fine until the day they were born but this time around I feel miserable!, Just want it over and done with now, the waiting is driving me crazy..

Had my baby shower at work today and got some really cute things!

I dont think there's anything at all that I still need to get, i got everything..

Its one of the most exciting parts about pregnancy, All the cute pressies! :)

Tired!

Okay, so today Im feeling really exhausted..My back aches...I have bad heartburn...and Im hoping that Ill have a decent night sleep tonight cos lately I been battling to sleep at night.

Here's a picture of the belly :), I feel like a hippo at this point and baby is still extremely active constantly but Im excited and looking forward to my baby shower at work tommorrow..

Baby girl on the way...

Well, Im 35 weeks pregnant today with a baby girl and baby now weighs 2.8kg's.
Im really exhausted now and cant wait to have this baby, I have 2 other children, My daughter, Cailyn is 8 years old and my son, Brayden is 4 years old, My daughter was born at 37 weeks and my son was born at 36 weeks and doctor says there's a good possibility that this one could come early too so we just have to wait and see, He wants to see me in 2 weeks again but says if anything happens before then, I know what to do.., This is my third.. Another girl :) Im really excited but at the same time really anxious, wandering if Im going to be able to cope with 3, Im sure everything will be fine though and think its probably normal to start feeling anxious and worrying at this point in the pregnancy. I just cant wait to have this baby..Im so tired now and it feels like Ive been pregnant forever...Im still working, Going on maternity leave from the 30th June 2009 and one day at work feels like a week.
I suppose there are lots of ladies that feel this way at this stage.
